CERTIFIED CORNING NPI's WITH OVER 30 YEARS EXPERIENCE Tele Data Com has established itself as one of the premier fiber experts in the region. We are proud to be registered with Corning as an NPI (Network of Preferred Installers). This certification allows us to extend 25 year warranties to our customers on both product and workmanship.
TDC has the OTDRs, fusion splicers, power meters and termination tools to handle any fiber project large or small. Our installers and technicians are factory trained and certified and our design team attends on-line training classes sponsored by Corning allowing them to stay current with the emerging trends in our industry to keep our clients apprised of any new technologies. Some of our more notable recent projects include SUNY Geneseo. TDC installed 58 separate fiber backbone cables throughout the campus. The project involved inside and outside plant fiber. All terminations were completed with fusion splicer via pigtails and OTDR was used for all diagnostics.
TDC has also completed major fiber backbone projects in the K-12 market for over (25) different districts in just the last three years. We also assisted the City of Rochester with the bulk of their fiber related projects over the past ten years.
In 2014, TDC assisted Bausch & Lomb with a new fiber ring throuout the plant. This was associated with the Pegasus project.
